Where to Repair Jimmy Choo Sunglasses
We will email you a prepaid USPS ship label. We will start repairing your glasses once received. We will ship them back to you once they have been repaired. It’s easy peasy! We’ll pay for the shipping costs to and from your location. Some customers prefer to pay after the repair service has been completed. In these cases, we will email you a digital invoice when your glasses have been repaired. We will then ship your glasses once payment has been made.
We do not cover loss if your glasses are damaged or lost in transit. Our shipments provide $100 of insurance. Contact Us if you need additional insurance or if you prefer UPS shipping instead of USPS. An additional shipping charge will be required. Shipping your glasses in a box is preferable to shipping them in a padded envelope as this gives your shipment added strength. In either case, be sure to put your glasses in a hard eyeglass case if you will be shipping your glasses in an envelope.
