Please note: we are no longer smoothing out bite marks. If the face of the frame has bite marks, we do not smooth them out. If the temple arms have bite marks, we will replace them with similar looking temples (color, style).
If the temple arms are mangled, we’re able to replace them with similar ones. If you have a designer brand frame, we don’t carry original replacement temple arms. However, we will match them up as close as possible. They would be optical grade temple arms too, not cheap plastic.
Here’s an expensive pair of sunglasses a customer sent to us with bite marks in the frame and lenses. Rather than toss these Chanel sunglasses, we were able to smooth out the bite marks and replace the lenses with a matching tint. The customer was happy and back in business.
